A bit about Tim Mannah
Playing for Parramatta Eels as prop, Tim Mannah is one of the most popular and respected figures in the National Rugby League. A youth product of famed Parramatta Eels Academy, Mannah represented the Australian Schoolboys side in 2006 before developing through the grades.
Debuting in first grade in round one of the 2009 season against the New Zealand Warriors, Mannah quickly earned a name for himself with a blue collar game based around work-rate, attitude and toughness.
Selected as an interchange for New South Wales City in 2010, he made his State of Origin debut the following season and soon after pledged his future to the Eels through the end of 2014. Despite his tender age, Mannah has already drawn comparisons with some of the best props in the game including former Kangaroos front-rower Shane Webcke.
His natural leadership qualities, exhibited on and off the field through extensive charity and community work, saw him elected captain of his hometown club at the beginning of the 2013 season.
I religiously have my Coconut and Macadamia Bounce Ball every morning for breakfast, and if I have a big session in the morning I’ll add the shake to that meal. Both of these products give me all the energy I need to get through my morning. I also have a Bounce Ball three hours before every game…I started doing it last year and have found it a perfect pre-game snack. – Tim Mannah
