A bit about Renae Leith-Manos
Renae Leith-Manos represented Australia in the Chicago World Triathlon Championships in September 2015. She was a sprinter at school, and social runner, but three years ago decided to learn how to swim in the ocean for the first time, one thing led to another, and she became hooked on triathlon!
Renae bounced back from having twins 9 years ago, and gestational diabetes (a condition which stayed with her after the birth), and found fitness and a balanced diet was the way to stay healthy, strong, and diabetes-free. A journalist, Renae founded Bondi Beauty, a site where the latest Australian health, fitness and beauty news can be found, and has just launched www.renaesworld.com.au, a lifestyle site for women 35 years and over.
In the video’s below Renae talks to Bounce Nutritionist Teresa Boyce about how you can be happy and healthy with Bounce balls and protein shakes:
I reach for Bounce protein balls after every training session for a quick energy replacement hit. Given I do around 11 training sessions a week, I eat a lot of them! – Renae Leith-Manos
